- For items Non-personalized:
- Items must be Not Washed, Not Used or Not Warned, and with Our original tags.
- Your Money will be returned once the Non-personalized Items are received. You should see a credit in your account within 3-5 Business Days. If Payed via Paypal, you should see a credit with your Paypal Account.
- All personalized/customized items are Not Returnable/Non Refundable, except for the Following circumstances below:
- If we made in error during the customization of your product, we will give you full refund or try to fix the issue or send you the correct item. Please Contact US if this happens!
- If something happened to an item after following Care Instructions, we are happy to make another one for you without cost. Please Contact Us if you’d like for us to make another one.
- If something happened to an item without following our Care Instructions, we are not liable for a refund, but we may be able to make another one for you at cost.
- Please see the Policy on Care Instructions.
- Garments with vinyl are not guaranteed to last a lifetime. If washed too much, the vinyl may crack. If this happens within 30 days, we can fix the problem or issue you a new item.
- Once your package is in the hands of USPS, USPS is responsible for Lost, missing or damaged packages. We are not liable if it is lost in the mail or damaged through the mail. Please Contact Us if this happens and we May be able to help.
- You have 14 days to Return the item from the Purchase Date.
